On the afternoon of July 25th, Yuan Guiren, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Director of the Committee on Education, Science and Health, former Minister of the Ministry of Education and Secretary of the Party leading group, led the research group of the Committee on Education, Science and Health of the CPPCC National Committee to make a survey around the theme of employment. He visited the National University Science Park and the Daqing Spirit Education Pavilion of our University successively to research employment situation of our school,Daqing Spirit education and other issues. Han Lihua, Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Provincial CPPCC and member of the Party Group, Li Shifeng, Party Secretary of Daqing, Zhang Lijun, Chairman of Daqing Municipal CPPCC and Party Secretary of Daqing, Fu Xiaofei, Party Secretary of our university, Jiang Minghu, President and other relevant leaders accompanied the investigation.

Yuan Guiren and his delegation first listened to Fu Xiaofei's special report on employment in the National University Science Park of our university. Fu Xiaofei said that Northeast Petroleum University resolutely implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions, actively responds to the new changes, new difficulties and challenges in the employment situation under the epidemic, implements the employment "top" project, makes good use of the five-character formula of "guarantee, expansion, guidance, fineness and warmth", "guarantee" employment at a higher position, hundreds of strategies to "expand" positions, "guide" employment in the Daqing Spirit, use needle-piercing "fine" works and the "warm" measures of docking assistance, make every effort to do a good job in the employment of graduates, and strive to achieve fuller and higher-quality employment for graduates.

Yuan Guiren and his entourage also visited the key laboratory of the Ministry of Education and the Daqing Spiritual Education Exhibition Hall of Luxiang Shale Oil and Gas Collection and Efficient Development of our school, and affirmed the experience, practice and effectiveness of the school's efforts to cultivate scarce talents in shale oil and gas majors and high-quality talents with the spiritual characteristics of Daqing.
