In the final, the Academic Affairs Office, Modern Education Technology Center, Logistics Management Office and other departments closely cooperated with relevant schools and organized meticulously to ensure a stable online competition environment.This competition fully demonstrated the solid basic teaching skills of our teachers and teams. The school attaches great importance to this competition. On July 4, we held an internal selection contest, in which provincial famous teachers and famous experts were invited as judges to comment on the teaching performance of the contestants from the aspects of teaching design, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching organization, language teaching mode, teaching characteristics, courseware design, blackboard writing content, etc., to help the contestants find out teaching deficiencies and provide suggestions and guidance for the contestants to participate in provincial competitions.

In the next step, the school will take the teaching competition of young teachers, teaching innovation competition, curriculum ideological and political competition, classroom teaching expert, famous teaching teacher, famous young teaching teacher and other teacher teaching competitions as the starting point, strengthen teaching demonstration and guidance, promote teaching, learning and reform by competition, and integrate competition and training to comprehensively improve teachers' teaching ability.

It is reported that this competition is a practical action to implement the spirit of the 13th Provincial Party Congress, a powerful measure to implement the spirit of the second session of the 12th Provincial General Committee, and an important carrier to improve the professional skills of young teachers.The competition gave full play to the exemplary and leading role of young college teachers in comprehensively improving their professional quality, further stimulated young teachers' enthusiasm to update their educational concepts and master modern teaching methods, provided necessary support for creating a group of high-quality and professional college teachers with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge and benevolence, and made new contributions to the goal of strengthening the province through higher education.A total of 24 first prizes, 50 second prizes, 61 third prizes and 23 excellent prizes were selected from the five groups in this competition.
